# Automation Setup Guide

We recommend setting up the following automations, as they demonstrate high conversion rates and help improve customer engagement:

## 1. Bonus Reminder – notifying customers about their available bonuses to encourage them to make a purchase.

## Setting Up the “Bonus Reminder” Automation:

1. **Go to** **Marketing** → **Automations** and click **Create**.
2. **Enter the name:** **“Bonus Reminder”**.
3. **Select the trigger:** **“Last Visit”** and set the number of days since the customer last visited.
4. **Click “Continue”**. In the **“If”** field, select **“Customer Balance”**, choose the operator **“Greater than or equal to”**, and enter the bonus amount.
5. **Choose** **“Send Push”** and specify the title and message:

* **Title:** “Hi, {{user.info.FIRST_NAME}}”
* **Message:** “You have {{user.balance}} bonus points on your account!”
6. **Click “Save”** – the automation will start automatically.

## 2. Birthday – a personalized birthday greeting for the customer, including a special gift.

## Setting Up the “Birthday” Automation:

1. **Go to** **Marketing** → **Automations** and click **Create**.
2. **Enter the name:** **“Birthday”**.
3. **Select the trigger:** **“Birthday”** and set the number of days before the birthday to send the reminder.
4. **Click “Send Push Notification”** and set:

* **Title:** “🎉 Let’s Celebrate Together!”
* **Message:** “Your birthday is in 3 days! 🎂 Visit us and get 100 UAH as a birthday gift. See you soon! 🥳”
5. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 3
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 0
6. **Click “Send Push Notification”** and set:

* **Title:** “🎁 Grab Your 100 UAH!”
* **Message:** “Happy Birthday! 🎂 We’re gifting you 100 UAH for your celebration.”
7. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 0
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 3
8. **Click “Add Bonuses”** and set **100** in the **“Bonuses”** field.
9. **Click “Save”** – the automation will start automatically.

## 3. Loyalty Appreciation – an automated message with words of gratitude and special offers for loyal customers.

## Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create

1. **Enter the name:** **“Loyalty Appreciation”**
2. **Select the trigger:** **“Transaction”** and set the condition after which the automation should be triggered.
3. **Click “Send Push Notification”** and set:

* **Title:** “Thank you for staying with us! Here’s 100 bonus points!”
* **Message:** “We truly appreciate your loyalty, so we’re adding 100 bonus points to your account.”
4. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 0
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 3
5. **Click “Add Bonuses”** and set **100** in the **“Bonuses”** field.
6. **Click “Save”** – the automation will start automatically.

## 4. Welcome Bonus – a special bonus for new customers to encourage their first purchase.

## Setting Up the “Welcome Bonus” Automation:

1. **Go to** **Marketing** → **Automations** and click **Create**.
2. **Enter the name:** **“Welcome Bonus”**.
3. **Select the trigger:** **“Registration”**.
4. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 0
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 3
5. **Click “Send Push Notification”** and set:

* **Title:** “🎉 Welcome! You’ve earned 50 bonus points for your first purchase.”
6. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 0
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 3
7. **Click “Add Bonuses”** and set **50** in the **“Bonuses”** field.
8. **Click “Save”** – the automation will start automatically.

## 5. Inactive for 30+ Days – a reminder for customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while, with a special offer to encourage their return.

## Setting Up the “Inactive for 30+ Days” Automation:

1. **Go to** **Marketing** → **Automations** and click **Create**.
2. **Enter the name:** **“Inactive for 30+ Days”**.
3. **Select the trigger:** **“Last Visit”** and set the number of days since the customer last visited (e.g., 30 days).
4. **Click “Send Push Notification”** and set:

* **Title:** “We Miss You!”
* **Message:** “Come by for a delicious coffee and recharge your energy to the fullest!”
5. **Choose “Wait”** and set:

* **Days:** 0
* **Hours:** 0
* **Minutes:** 3
6. **Click “Add Bonuses”** and set **10** in the **“Bonuses”** field.
7. **Click “Save”** – the automation will start automatically.

**How to Set Up Automation:**

1. **Log in** to the messaging management system.
2. Go to the **Automations** section.
3. **Create a new automation** by selecting the appropriate trigger.
4. **Configure** conditions and parameters (sending time, audience segments, message content, etc.).
5. **Save and activate** the automation.

**Tip:** Test different message variations and analyze the results to improve campaign effectiveness.

In the **Marketing** tab, you can view statistics for each automation, including **“Total Executed”**, **“Customer Return”**(the number of customers who made a transaction within two weeks after the automation), and **“Conversion Rate”**.

By clicking on the three dots, you can **edit** the automation to improve its effectiveness or **view the history** of who received the notification.
