How to Accept Payment with Bonuses in SkyService
If bonuses are available, the client can use them to fully pay for the product or partially deduct the bonus amount during payment.
- In the POS terminal at the selected Cash Register, add items to the order.
- Assign the order to the client.
- Select the loyalty bonus program:
• The program will be added automatically if set as default in the client’s profile.
• Or select a bonus program by clicking the “%” icon at the bottom of the order.
- Click Payment.
- In the payment window, the selected client and their current bonus amount will be displayed.
- Click Bonuses.
- In the next window, enter the number of bonuses you wish to redeem.
- Click Redeem.
- The payment amount will adjust (the client’s bonuses will be deducted).
- Click Save to complete the sale.
