How to create push notifications?

Personalized Push Notifications:

Individual messages for each customer or a selected group.

1. Go to the "Customers" section.
2. Use the filter or manually select customers.
3. Then click the "PUSH notification" button.

News Section:

The difference from personal notifications is that in the news section, you can add a photo, and this push notification will be sent to everyone. Additionally, this news will be displayed in the app.

1. Go to the Marketing > News section.
2. Click the "Create" button.
3. In the Create News window, fill in the required fields.

• Notify customers - if the switch is on, all customers will receive a push notification; if it is off, a news item will be created and displayed in the app after clicking the "Save" button.

• Image - add an image for the news item

Image size limit (up to 1 MB) Title - short title of the news

• Text - field for detailed description of the news

1. Click the "Save" button.
