How to set up an automatic birthday greeting? - (Elite)

You need to go to the “Marketing” - “Automation” section.

On this page, you need to:

1. Click the "Create" button

2. Enter the name of the Automation (e.g., Birthday)

3. Click the "Create" button

4. Next, click the "Setup trigger" button.

5. Select "Birthday" from the list and click "Save".

6. You can start communication with the customer in advance, as shown in the screenshot. For example, you can start communicating with the customer 5 days before their birthday. If you want to send push notifications only on the birthday, enter 0.

7. Click the + button and then select "Send Push". You need to add a title and message text. It’s recommended to keep the title short.

8. Use "Sleep" for a delayed action. For example, in this case, we send the first push notification 5 days before the birthday, then choose to wait 5 days and perform a new action.

9. Send a second Push notification.

10. If you want to credit bonuses before the birthday, specify how many bonuses to credit.
