How to work with bonuses in Syrve: earning and redeeming


How to Earn Bonuses?


The mobile app or Apple/Google Wallet cards must be used with every purchase so that we can track our Guests’ purchase activity.


To properly use the mobile app and ensure cashback is credited, follow these steps:


  • Scan the Guest’s QR code at the register;
  • Place the order.


💡 Important! To link the order to the correct Guest, you must scan their card before the payment is made.



After scanning the QR code in the Syrve system, the Guest’s first and last name will appear in the upper-left corner of the screen, and a loyalty icon will appear in the discount field on the left.


If the Guest scanned their card before placing the order, and you see their name and surname, you can proceed with taking the order.

If the order has already been taken, be sure to ask the Guest before payment if they have a card or mobile app with the loyalty program. Scan it, make sure the order is assigned to the correct Guest, and only then proceed with the payment.


💡 Important! Earning bonus points may take up to 10 minutes after the payment is completed.


How to Redeem Bonuses?


  • Take the order from the Guest.
  • Scan the card and assign the visit to the appropriate Guest.
  • In the Syrve system, click “Cash Register” to go to the payment screen.
  • Click “Cashless Payments” and select “Bonuses”.
  • Enter the amount of available bonuses and click “OK”.



If there are not enough bonuses to cover the full amount, Syrve will deduct the available bonus amount and calculate the remaining balance to be paid by the Guest.


The final step — click “Pay”.
