# Loyalty Setup

### Creating a Customer Group

1. Go to the **“Loyalty” → “Customer Groups”** tab.

2. In the **“Customer Groups”** section, click the **“Create”** button.

3. In the **“Create Group”** window:

4. Enter the **name** of the loyalty group.

5. Add an **image for Apple / Google Wallet** with a size of **1125 × 432 px**, up to **2 MB** *(optional)*.

6. Add a **logo for Apple / Google Wallet** with a size of **546 × 159 px**, up to **2 MB** *(optional)*.

7. Choose a **background color** for Apple / Google Wallet *(optional)*.

8. Choose a **text color** for Apple / Google Wallet *(optional)*.

9. Select the **system type**:

* **Bonus system**
* **Discount system**

10. Enter the **bonus accrual percentage** or the **discount percentage**.

11. Click **“Save”**.

> ***After saving, this group will be set as the default group, and during registration your guests will automatically be assigned to this group.***
