1. Bonus Reminder – notifying customers about their available bonuses to encourage them to make a purchase.

Setting Up the “Bonus Reminder” Automation:

Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create.
Enter the name: “Bonus Reminder”.
Select the trigger: “Last Visit” and set the number of days since the customer last visited.
Click “Continue”. In the “If” field, select “Customer Balance”, choose the operator “Greater than or equal to”, and enter the bonus amount.
Choose “Send Push” and specify the title and message:

Title: “Hi, {{user.info.FIRST_NAME}}”
Message: “You have {{user.balance}} bonus points on your account!”

Click “Save” – the automation will start automatically.

2. Birthday – a personalized birthday greeting for the customer, including a special gift.

Setting Up the “Birthday” Automation:

Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create.
Enter the name: “Birthday”.
Select the trigger: “Birthday” and set the number of days before the birthday to send the reminder.
Click “Send Push Notification” and set:

Title: “🎉 Let’s Celebrate Together!”
Message: “Your birthday is in 3 days! 🎂 Visit us and get 100 UAH as a birthday gift. See you soon! 🥳”

Setting Up Geo Push Notifications

How to Add a Geo Push Notification

To enable geo push notifications for a location, follow these steps:

Go to “Create Location”, or open “Settings” → “Locations”.
Find the required location, click the three dots on the right → select “Edit”.
Scroll down to the fields “Latitude” and “Longitude”, and paste the GPS coordinates of your location.

📌 Where to get the coordinates? In Google Maps, right-click on the desired place → select “Copy coordinates” → paste them into the corresponding fields.

Scroll to the field “Text to display when the client is near the location” and enter the message the guest will see when approaching the location (for example: “We’re nearby! Stop by to get your bonus!”).
Click “Save”.

✅ Done!

The geo push notification works only if the guest has added the card to their Wallet. The geo push coverage area is a radius of up to 100 meters from the specified coordinates.

❌ How to Disable Geo Push

Delete the text from the field “Text to display when the client is near the location”.
Click “Save”.
Within 10 minutes, notifications will stop being sent.

⚠️ If Geo Push Is Not Working

Check that the coordinates in the “Latitude” and “Longitude” fields are correct.

To accept payment with bonuses:

In the open receipt on your POS go to the Customer tab in the top left corner.
Start entering a name, phone number or loyalty card number, choose a customer from the list and tap Apply.
Go back the Receipt tab and tap Pay.
In payment window choose Use bonuses.
Tap Pay.

☝🏻 If you don’t have Use bonuses field in payment menu, that’s mean that your customer is not in cash-back rewards program or he doesn’t have any bonuses to use.

In order not to pay for products or categories of products with bonuses, add them as exclusions.

You can send individual messages to each client or to a selected group.

Go to the “Clients” section.

In the news creation window, fill in the following fields:

Add a filter if needed.

Add an external link (optional).

You can include an active link that the client will be able to open.

Enable or disable push distribution.

Go to the website with the progressive web app.
Tap Install.

After logging in, you can easily scan customer cards by simply pointing at the QR code.

You can also find a customer by phone number.

How to redeem or accrue bonuses?

After scanning the customer’s card, you will be able to see all their information: their name, bonus balance, and the date of their last visit.

How to set up a bonus loyalty system - Poster

Set up a bonus loyalty system so that customers can accumulate bonuses and use them to pay the bill or part of it. To do this, create customer groups and set up the rules for transitioning between bonus groups.

Creating customer groups

Create customer groups to set up bonus accrual.

Add customer groups to set up bonus collecting. To do this:

Go to Marketing → Customer groups in the management console.

Click Add.
Name group, e.g. “5%”.
In Loyalty program field choose the Cash-back rewards system.
Enter bonus size, e.g. “5%”.
In Birthday bonus field enter bonus size which will be automatically enlisted to a customer on birthday.
Click Add.
