How to redeem or accrue bonuses?

We recommend setting up the following automations, as they demonstrate high conversion rates and help improve customer engagement:

1. Bonus Reminder – notifying customers about their available bonuses to encourage them to make a purchase.

Setting Up the “Bonus Reminder” Automation:

Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create.
Enter the name: “Bonus Reminder”.
Select the trigger: “Last Visit” and set the number of days since the customer last visited.
Click “Continue”. In the “If” field, select “Customer Balance”, choose the operator “Greater than or equal to”, and enter the bonus amount.
Choose “Send Push” and specify the title and message:

Title: “Hi, {{user.info.FIRST_NAME}}”
Message: “You have {{user.balance}} bonus points on your account!”

Click “Save” – the automation will start automatically.

2. Birthday – a personalized birthday greeting for the customer, including a special gift.

Setting Up the “Birthday” Automation:

Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create.
Enter the name: “Birthday”.
Select the trigger: “Birthday” and set the number of days before the birthday to send the reminder.
Click “Send Push Notification” and set:

Title: “🎉 Let’s Celebrate Together!”
Message: “Your birthday is in 3 days! 🎂 Visit us and get 100 UAH as a birthday gift. See you soon! 🥳”

# How to Add a GEO Push Notification?

To enable GEO Push for your venue, follow these steps:

Go to Marketing → GEO Push
Click Create.

In the Create Push Notification window, fill in:

📌 Below, you can preview how the notification will appear on your guests’ phones.

Enter the name of the loyalty group.
Add an image for Apple / Google Wallet with a size of 1125 × 432 px, up to 2 MB (optional).
Add a logo for Apple / Google Wallet with a size of 546 × 159 px, up to 2 MB (optional).
Choose a background color for Apple / Google Wallet (optional).
Choose a text color for Apple / Google Wallet (optional).
Select the system type:

Discount system

Enter the bonus accrual percentage or the discount percentage.
Click “Save”.

After saving, this group will be set as the default group, and during registration your guests will automatically be assigned to this group.

How to create a UTM link?

Go to the Settings - UTM tags menu.

How to get statistics?

At the top, select the period for which you want to obtain statistics.
