Loyalty Setup

Creating a Customer Group

1. Go to the “Loyalty” → “Customer Groups” tab.

2. In the “Customer Groups” section, click the “Create” button.

3. In the “Create Group” window:

4. Enter the name of the loyalty group.

5. Add an image for Apple / Google Wallet with a size of 1125 × 432 px, up to 2 MB (optional).

6. Add a logo for Apple / Google Wallet with a size of 546 × 159 px, up to 2 MB (optional).

7. Choose a background color for Apple / Google Wallet (optional).

8. Choose a text color for Apple / Google Wallet (optional).

9. Select the system type:

• Bonus system
• Discount system

10. Enter the bonus accrual percentage or the discount percentage.

11. Click “Save”.

After saving, this group will be set as the default group, and during registration your guests will automatically be assigned to this group.
