Creating Push Notifications

Personalized Push Notifications


You can send individual messages to each client or to a selected group.


  1. Go to the “Clients” section.

You can:


  • use filters
  • or select clients manually


Available filters:


  • Gender (male / female)
  • Loyalty group
  • Total spending (from / to)
  • Number of transactions (from / to)
  • Balance (from / to)
  • Last visit (date)
  • Birthday


You can also manually check the box next to the required clients or click “Select all”.


  1. Click the “Actions” button and choose “Push Notifications”.


  1. Fill in the fields:


  • Title
  • Message text


  1. Then click “Send”.



News Sectionя:


The News section allows you to create push notifications with an image. These messages can be sent to all clients and will also appear in the mobile app.


  1. Go to “Marketing” → “News”.


  1. Click “Create”.


  1. In the news creation window, fill in the following fields:


  • Image (up to 1 MB)
  • Title
  • Message text


  1. Add a filter if needed.


Available filters:


  • Gender
  • Loyalty group
  • Total spending (from / to)
  • Number of transactions (from / to)
  • Balance (from / to)
  • Last visit
  • Birthday


  1. Add an external link (optional).


  • You can include an active link that the client will be able to open.


  1. Enable or disable push distribution.


Notify clients toggle:


  • Enabled — clients will receive a push notification
  • Disabled — the news will only appear in the app without a push notification


  1. Click “Save”.


Also note that each news item has statistics, which are synchronized once per hour and show: how many notifications were sent, how many were viewed, the conversion rate (percentage).
