Creating a Location

Steps to Create a Location


  1. Go to the “Locations” tab in the “Settings” section.


  1. Click the “Create” button.


  1. Enable the “Active” checkbox (This option controls whether your location is displayed in the guest’s personal account)


  1. Select the Location POS "your venue’s POS system" (This setting assigns transactions to a specific location)


  1. Upload the main image for the location. (Recommended parameters: 1600 × 900 pxPNG format)


  1. If needed, add images to the gallery (Recommended parameters: 1600 × 900 pxPNG format)


  1. Enter the location name.


  1. Add a description (optional).


  1. Enter the phone number (optional).


  1. Enter the location address.


  1. Enter the latitude and longitude. (These parameters are used for geo push notifications See: Geo Push Notification Setup Guide)


  1. Enter the text to display when a client is near the location (This text will be shown to guests who are within a 100-meter radius of the location)


  1. Add a Google Reviews link (optional).


  1. Add social media links:


  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Website


  1. Add additional buttons if needed (optional):


  • Link
  • Map
