Creating a Location
Steps to Create a Location
- Go to the “Locations” tab in the “Settings” section.
- Click the “Create” button.
- Enable the “Active” checkbox (This option controls whether your location is displayed in the guest’s personal account)
- Select the Location POS "your venue’s POS system" (This setting assigns transactions to a specific location)
- Upload the main image for the location. (Recommended parameters: 1600 × 900 px, PNG format)
- If needed, add images to the gallery (Recommended parameters: 1600 × 900 px, PNG format)
- Enter the location name.
- Add a description (optional).
- Enter the phone number (optional).
- Enter the location address.
- Enter the latitude and longitude. (These parameters are used for geo push notifications See: Geo Push Notification Setup Guide)
- Enter the text to display when a client is near the location (This text will be shown to guests who are within a 100-meter radius of the location)
- Add a Google Reviews link (optional).
- Add social media links:
- TikTok
- Telegram
- Website
- Add additional buttons if needed (optional):
- Link
- Map
